Privacy policy

The Quote-to-Cash Scorecard is a static site. Reading it requires no account and sets no advertising or tracking cookie.

Data you send us

We only receive what you type into one of our three forms:

• Contact: your name, your email and your message.
• Suggest a platform: your name, your email, the platform’s name, how you relate to its vendor and an optional comment.
• Newsletter: your email address, and only if you tick the opt-in box, which starts unticked.

What we do with it

We use your name and email to answer you. If you opted in, we also email you when the scorecard changes. Platform suggestions go into our editorial review queue.

We never sell, rent or profile this data.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookie and no cookie that follows you across other sites. Pages load no third-party analytics script.

Data about the platforms we score

Every review is built from public pages only: the vendor’s website, product documentation, pricing page and trust center, plus its G2 rating. Each capability links to the vendor page that documents it, and each review shows when the evidence was last checked.

Are you a vendor and something about your product is wrong or outdated? Tell us and we will fix or remove it, and publish your reply if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, under the GDPR and the US state privacy laws that apply to you. Each newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
